Robert J. Olejar, Esq., CPA, CFE  has served as an Assistant County Prosecutor, Federal Criminal Justice Act Defense Counsel, law clerk and later insurance defensecounsel, subrogation counsel for the now-defunct Home Insurance Company, Audit Senior at Touche Ross & Co., and Senior Manager with Deloitte’s Dispute Consulting Group in Lower Manhattan. He has been appointed by the New Jersey Chancery Division as Receiver and Court’s Accountant, the latter usually requiring oral testimony at trial or damages hearing. As a lawyer or forensic accountant, Mr. Olejar has handled cases involving commercial property damage from fire or accident, business interruption losses, including the World Trade Center loss after 9/11 while at Deloitte, accountants’ and attorneys’ professional liability, fraud, money laundering and counterfeiting, to name a few. He has sat at every position in the courtroom with the exception of the bench and jury box.
