Robert Olejar welcomes Receivership appointments. He has served the New Jersey Chancery Division many times as both Custodial Receiver and Statutory Receiver. He has procecuted civil fraud actions on behalf of the companies in receivership to recover wrongfully diverted or depleted assets for distribution to the victims of the fraud, such as creditors and minority owners.
